RG65 Nationals – Time is running out
A reminder to anyone intending to enter the RG65 Nationals that the closing date for entries is 10th June. After that date, all entries will only be accepted at the discretion of the MYA/Birkenhead RS&PC and in any case will be subject to a late entry fee (an extra £10)
Your help is needed again!
We need a couple more volunteers to help out with the RG65 Nationals on 24th and 25th June. If you are available on either or both of these dates to help with the running of the event, please could you contact the sailing secretary Graham Elliott

We need to get the Lake tidied before the RG65 Nationals Event next month.
Can I ask that Club Members give an hour or two to assist in clearing the lake and perimeter.
Wednesdays : Extra time after racing during the afternoons.
Saturdays : Extra time before racing in the mornings.
I will be available to open the clubhouse on each day, except Sat 10th June.
If anyone wants access at other times, please call me to arrange.

Vintage Model Yacht Group 27th April
The Vintage Model Yacht Group met at the lake on Sunday.
Conditions were perfect with sunshine and a moderate breeze straight down the lake.
Sadly, given the perfect conditions the turnout was disappointing with only 6 boats making it onto the water.
The next VMYG event at Birkenhead is on Sunday 23rd July and it would be great to see some more participants.
