Your committee would like to invite all club members to an SGM to be held before racing on
Saturday 10th January 2015 at 11.30am 
at BMY&PC Clubhouse, Gautby Rd

Agenda 
Changes to the Club Rules – as signalled previously by the Commodore
Changes to the ownership of the Clubhouse – report on discussions with the Council
Membership subscriptions 2015 – revised rates to be proposed following a review of the Club’s finances

Dear Members,

Following the AGM and the mandate given to the Commodore to open discussions with Wirral Borough Council, 
I have had several telephone conversations with the Asset Management Department which resulted in a onsite meeting with their Representative and our Treasurer to-day. The meeting was constructive although no indication was given by the Representative on the Council’s position we had common ground and further discussions will take place.
I will keep you all informed if and when any progress is made.

Marblehead Christmas Race 20/12/14

Racing will start from 11am with a briefing to commence prior to racing at 10.45.
Entry is open to all MYA members.
No race will commence after 3.30.

There will be prizes for best festive decorations on yacht (or skipper) skipper so why not join in for a fun day.

There is talk of a meal and a few quiet drinks planned in New Brighton on the Saturday evening to finish the season in style. If you would like to join us let Brad know when you enter.
