It is with sadness that we report the recent passing of Colin Smith.
Colin was a long time passionate and competitive skipper at both club and national level in the IOM, Marblehead, 10Rater and RA classes with a National Championship to his name in the latter amongst some fine performances over many years.

It is with sadness that we report the recent passing of Ian Potter.
We offer our condolences to brother David and family.
The funeral service will take place on 23rd December at 1.30pm, at Landican, North Chapel.
Dear Members,
Following the AGM and the mandate given to the Commodore to open discussions with Wirral Borough Council,
I have had several telephone conversations with the Asset Management Department which resulted in a onsite meeting with their Representative and our Treasurer to-day. The meeting was constructive although no indication was given by the Representative on the Council’s position we had common ground and further discussions will take place.
I will keep you all informed if and when any progress is made.
